A . Cem Balkan was born in Ankara in 1977 . 1995, Graduated from TED Ankara College High School. 2000, Graduated from Anadolu University Faculty of Architecture . 2000 - 2004 Master degree studies in Gazi University Faculty of Architecture.
1998 - 2002 , worked in M.Arch Merih Karaaslan Arch. Design Company as an architect. 2002 - 2010 , starts to work as self-employed architect with his partners and completed too much projects. 2010 , A . Cem BALKAN continues his professional works of architectural and design at " Balkan Architecture Co." since 2013 with his professional team.
